Just what Naples needs, an American tourist telling them how to run things to make the city more palatable to American tourists' eyes. You've already destroyed Venice, leave the rest of the country alone. American always expect (or want) a Disneyfied environment for their holidays, where everything is neat and tidy AND everyone is friendly and speaks English and nobody makes eye contact or looks at your clothes...well that wouldnt be Naples would it? Yes the city is dirty, I've seen it for myself, but go into people's homes and you find tidy spaces with the elegance and style Italy is renowned for. It's a paradox, but if they don't mind and have a different attitude to public space, don't expect them to change for you.

Tbh I found most of Italy to be a shit hole. Great history but I found Rome overrated. Expensive. Unsafe and the food was mediocre

When I was in Rome in 2010 I was actually surprised how clean it was. I guess it has really declined in a decade.

Campania, and particularly Naples, had a serious and sad waste management crisis for a lot of years until late 2000s. Surely there is a lot of trash still (very much less than before) but i just want you to know that in this video u walked trough via mezzocannone, literally one of the most frequented street by the youth in the nightlife. And don't forget that Naples is Italy's most densely populated city...

So it's a little dirty how's the pizza? Being sad is an understatement, our world as we once knew it is just a memory under an ever-growing dump.

Schwechater bier comes from Schwechat, suburbs of Vienna where Airport is located. Hardcore center Viennese dont like this beer, they prefer more bitter Ottakringer. Schwechat is also location of a big Viennese cemetery, so this beer is sometimes derogatory called Leichewasser, which means a holy water for blessing corpses. Still I personally like it.
